We all prepare yumm starters, flatbreads, pararthas, kothimbir vadis, different type of vadis, cutlets but however tasty they may be we always need an accompaniment in the form of a dip or chutney or pickle to get that fingerlicking taste. Hence I was on the lookout for a simple yet very delectable dip recipe that would go with starters, vadis, faltbreads etc and prepared with handy ingredients available at any given time at home and I stumbled upon Chef Sunil Jagtap’s all purpose chutney post. I was a bit skeptical to try this since a combination of coconut and onion was included and I wanted the resto style tangy spicy taste and smooth finished texture. Sir had written try it once and you’ll love it, I decided to try it out and yesss very very true Sir, we simply loved the taste of this chutney and it happens to be made very often at my place. This chutney / dip goes well with starters as well as kothimbir vadi, palak vadi,  thalipeeth, parathas etc. Thank you Sir for sharing a wonderful recipe. Sharing the recipe below :
